We want you to love your ALMA. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Exchanges We accept size exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with tags attached and hygiene liner intact.

To request an exchange, email isabela@almadosol.com with your order number and the size you'd like instead. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We will cover the cost of sending your exchange back to you.

Final Sale Items Items marked as final sale are not eligible for exchange.

Hygiene Policy For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for refund. All sales are final except for size exchanges as outlined above.
